As GigaSpaces CEO, Adi stands at the forefront of the fastest moving technology industry trend: Advanced analytics and In-Memory Computing. He’s spent the past 8 years driving GigaSpaces’ vision, strategy and scaling its business. Adi brings to this position nearly two decades of experience in business management, international marketing, strategic sales, channel development, and products development. Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Adi served as Vice President of Marketing and Products and Vice President of Business Development at RADVISION, specializing in selling and marketing solutions to the developer and enterprise markets. Adi also held senior Product Management and Business Development positions at Starhome, a Comverse company, focusing on the carrier market.
Shai brings more than 20 years of sales leadership experience across different markets and industries, with extensive experience in building and developing global businesses and partnerships covering verticals such as financial services, telecommunication, and enterprise software solutions. Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Shai served in multiple top management positions at Starhome Mach, Amdocs (NASDAQ : Dox), Pontis and others. He successfully built and led global teams to serve multinational organizations in complex environments. At Amdocs, he led the sales and implementations of billing and other operating systems for Tier 1 operators. Shai was also part of the management team at Starhome Mach, facilitating the growth of the company from 15 employees to several hundred globally, and successfully advancing the deployment of business solutions to telecommunication carriers.
Erez serves as Chief Financial Officer at GigaSpaces. He is responsible for all aspects of GigaSpaces finance, global operations, and legal activities. Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Erez served as CFO at Pluristem Therapeutics and held senior financial positions at Verint Systems, Intel Corporation, and Deloitte. Erez brings to GigaSpaces 20 years of experience in senior financial management positions in both public and private companies, He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from Ben-Gurion University, and an M.A. degree in law from Bar-Ilan University, and is a certified public accountant in Israel.
Eti has 15 years of experience in product management. Prior to GigaSpaces, she worked at Verint, eBay, Amdocs BDSI, and most recently ThetaRay. Her background prior to product management includes roles in development and system engineering. Eti has hands-on experience and expertise in building products from the ground-up as well as developing raw IP into well-packaged and production-deployed new products. Eti holds a BSc. in Math and Computer Science and an MBA with a major in Marketing.
Tami is a highly-experienced executive with 25 years in Human Resource management – the majority of which are in the tech industry. She has a proven track record in managing and building strong HR teams, facilitating activities across critical HR domains: talent acquisition, training & organizational development, work relations, and compensation & benefits.
Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Tami held VP HR positions at various start-ups and enterprise tech companies: Jasper, Emerson, and Verint Systems – where she spent 11 years.
She holds an MBA from Ben Gurion University in Israel.
Ami is an experienced global support and customer journey leader, bringing with him 15 years of critical situation management and field delivery, from POC through deployment, enablement all the to go-live of mission-critical platforms. Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Ami was the Director of Customer Success & Technical Support at Stratoscale, Senior Storage Solution Architect at IBM, and Manager of Development Support at Diligent (acquired by IBM). In his roles, Ami worked closely with the IT organizations of some of the world’s largest enterprises such as AIG, Barclays, Bank of America, UBS, Morgan Stanley, AT&T, Bank of Canada, SEB, Air France, Toyota, NTT, FedEx and more.
He holds a BSc in Mathematics & Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Ami served in an elite combat unit in the IDF. His hobbies include running and literature.
Yosi oversees the strategic development and implementation of GigaSpaces commercial strategies. Yosi brings with him nearly 15 years’ experience in finance and consulting and has played a key role in driving the company to successful investment rounds as CFO. Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Yosi served as CFO at Kardan Communications and served on the advisory board of the global leading media services provider MX1.
