Ira Palti joined GigaSpaces in Spring 2023 as Executive Chairman, responsible for setting the company’s vision and direction.
Mr. Palti brings over 20 years of experience in leading global companies, driving innovation, strategy and execution across diverse teams and markets.
Prior to joining Gigaspaces, he was the President and CEO of Ceragon Networks. During the 16 years spent leading that company, Mr. Palti transformed it into the world’s leading wireless backhaul specialist in the telecommunication industry. Before joining Ceragon as CEO, he was the CEO of Seabridge, a Nokia Networks subsidiary.

As GigaSpaces CEO, Adi stands at the forefront of the fastest moving technology industry trend: Advanced analytics and In-Memory Computing. He’s spent the past 8 years driving GigaSpaces’ vision, strategy and scaling its business. Adi brings to this position nearly two decades of experience in business management, international marketing, strategic sales, channel development, and product development. Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Adi served as Vice President of Marketing and Products and Vice President of Business Development at RADVISION, specializing in selling and marketing solutions to the developer and enterprise markets. Adi also held senior Product Management and Business Development positions at Starhome, a Comverse company, focusing on the carrier market.

Mr. Eli Barkat, chairman and co-founder of BRM Group, is a prominent figure in the Israeli business and financial community, with more than 20 years of entrepreneurial, investment and business management experience. Eli excels at growing companies – providing hands-on strategic and management guidance from founding to exit.
In 1988, Eli co-founded BRM Technologies, an anti-virus software startup sold to Symantec. Leveraging this experience, Eli led the transformation of BRM into a top-tier private Israeli investment group, later expanding its initial technology focus to include other industries as well.
Under Eli’s leadership, the Group has been involved, either directly or via venture capital funds under its control, in some of the most prominent exits in the industry. These successes have reinforced both BRM’s and Eli’s status as a leading investment player in the Israeli business arena.

As Managing Director, Rami is jointly responsible with Oded Tal for all of Claridge Israel’s investment activities, leading the operational and technological aspects of all analysis and transactions.
Recognized in 2011 as one of Israel’s top five CEOs by Calcalist magazine, Rami Hadar has been establishing and leading networking and enterprise companies as well as developing global businesses for over 24 years, following his departure from the IDF as Captain in an elite technology unit in the Intelligence forces.
Rami served as CEO and member of the board of Allot Communications (ALLT:Nasdaq) between 2006 to 2014. During his eight year tenure Rami lead Allot into the fast growing data over mobile networks space, with sales more than quadrupling to over $100m and profitability. Rami was also responsible for Allot’s Nasdaq IPO in 2006 and its secondary offering in 2012. During these years Allot also executed three successful acquisitions in the Security and Video space, further contributing to Allot’s growth.
Earlier in his career Rami co-founded and served as CEO of CTP Systems (micro cellular networks) until its acquisition by DSP Communications (NASDAQ: DSPC). Subsequently acquired by Intel, Rami was a member of DSPC’s executive management team for two years. He then went on to co-found Ensemble Communications, a pioneer in the broadband wireless space and the WiMax standard, also serving as its executive vice president, sales and marketing. Rami later became CEO of Native Networks where he was instrumental in successfully reshaping the company into a market-driven provider of MPLS based solutions to tier-1 telecoms and in orchestrating the company’s ultimate acquisition by Alcatel [ALU:Nasdaq).
Since 2014 and until joining Claridge Israel in mid 2017, Rami served as Chairman and board member of several Israeli high tech companies.
Rami also spent one year as a venture partner at JVP prior to joining Allot and holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology.

As the Managing Partner of Claridge Israel, Oded is responsible for both its operations and investment activities.
Oded has over 20 years of transaction experience, varying from principal investments to investment banking.
Between 2000 and 2008 Oded held the position of Vice President of Investments/CIO with Claridge Inc., the reputable, Montreal based, Bronfman Family office where he managed a diverse, international, direct investment, private equity and hedge fund investment portfolio.
Following his return to Israel, Oded then went on to become an advisor to various Family Offices on private equity and other alternative investments and the Managing Partner of an Israel focused investment fund, sponsored by a leading European investment firm. Between 2011 and 2015, Oded was Managing Director and Head of M&A at Leumi Partners, Israel’s leading merchant and investment banking group, where apart from executing transactions across multiple industries, he substantially expanded the firm’s international capabilities.
Oded also practiced law in the fields of M&A and private equity with two leading Tel Aviv law firms, and holds an MBA from McGill University and an LL.B. from Israel’s College of Management.
Oded serves on the Board of Directors of Unistream , an organization that business mentors underprivileged teens. Until 2018 Oded served on the Board of Directors of Leket Israel, Israel’s largest food bank and food rescue network.

Yoav Hineman has been a partner at Fortissimo since 2008. Yoav has 20 years of combines experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining Fortissimo, Yoav spent three years with Magnolia Capital, the Israeli arm of Thomas Weisel Partners. Prior to joining Magnolia, Yoav was a software analyst at SG Cowen & Co and worked on SoundView Technology Group’s investment banking team in San Francisco. Yoav earned his B.S. in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley Haas School of Business (Phi Beta Kappa).

Yuval Cohen is the Founding and Managing Partner of Fortissimo. Prior to founding Fortissimo, Yuval was a General Partner at Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP). Prior to joining JVP, Yuval held managerial positions at several companies in Silicon Valley, including DSP Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: DSPG), VDOnet Corporation and Intel Capital at Intel Corporation (Nasdaq: INTC). Yuval received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Prior to joining Fortissimo in 2019, Oren worked as an investment banking analyst at EY, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. Prior to EY, Oren worked at Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal law firm, where he specialized in M&A, capital raising and corporate legal consultation. Oren, a CPA and an Attorney at Law, holds a double major in Law and Accounting from the Hebrew University.
