Zeev Bikowsky brings to GigaSpaces extensive experience in technology and management from the telecommunications, networking, and unified communications industries.
Bikowsky’s prior management experience includes serving as General Manager of the $70 million per annum Networking Business Unit at Radvision, and as GM of the Technology Business Unit before that. Earlier, Bikowsky was CEO of Seagull Semiconductor, which was acquired by Cisco in 2000. Other management positions include VP at the DSP Group, a global provider of wireless chipset solutions for converged communications.
Founder and CTO
Nati Shalom is responsible for defining the technology roadmap and vision for GigaSpaces products, and for establishing strategic relationships with technology partners.
Shalom brought to GigaSpaces his many years of experience with distributed computing and is known as an industry expert in the challenges and solutions involved in large scale deployments. As a thought leader in Cloud computing, Shalom is the founder of the cloud.org.il consortium, and is a frequent presenter at industry conferences, and is actively involved in evangelizing Space Based Architecture, Data Grid patterns, and Real-Time Analytics for Big Data Applications.
General Manager, IMC Business Unit
Adi Paz is responsible for developing and communicating GigaSpaces’ strategy, and managing the company's go-to-market activities and strategic alliances. Paz brings to this position nearly two decades of experience in business management, international marketing, strategic sales, channel development, and product development.
Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Paz served as Vice President of Marketing and Products and Vice President of Business Development at Radvision, specializing in selling and marketing solutions to the developer and enterprise markets. Paz also held senior Product Management and Business Development positions at Starhome, a Comverse company, focusing on the carrier market.
Galit Sasson oversees the company’s financial activities and operations worldwide. She is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all related activities in the company, including accounting, finance, planning, costing, budget, reporting, and general administration.
Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Sasson served as a senior manager in the Tax Department of Ernst & Young, and specialized in consulting VCs and high-tech companies. She managed and participated in international tax planning, economic consulting, and financial auditing and reporting.
VP Human Resources

Idit's core purpose is in the growth and development of the team members by creating a culture that encourages innovation, autonomy and the mastering of each individual’s trade.
Prior to GigaSpaces, Idit was Director of Human Resources at Alvarion, RADVISION and served as an Organizational Consultant for several high-tech companies. Idit holds an Executive MA from Tel Aviv University in Labor Studies and a BA in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University.
Executive VP Sales, Global
Alan Weisleder joined GigaSpaces in 2016. He currently heads GigaSpaces’ World Wide Sales organization and has responsibility for the company's overall revenue growth.
Alan has over 20 years of hands-on and executive experience in sales and business development and is the co-founder of 2 start-up companies. Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Alan served as SVP Business Development at StoreDot. Alan holds a B.Sc. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Information Systems Engineering from the Technion – Israel's Institute of Technology.
