GigaSpaces Releases GigaSpaces Platform 3.0

New York August 15, 2003 - This new version, as part of the GigaSpaces Performance Suite, is the industry's most complete middleware solution for enhancing performance, real time integration and building grids.

The GigaSpaces Platform 3.0 unveils GigaSpaces' enduring efforts to enhance applications performance and integration with the enterprise environment. The new Platform provides a seamless and robust integration with the leading Application Servers via JCA. GigaSpaces is often used as a fast, distributed shared memory object store for J2EE or as a Real-Time Service BUS, that allows data collaboration between different and data sources.

As part of the commitment for performance, GigaSpaces introduced a Unique Object ID support, and high performance Persistent Space so GigaSpaces customers are now able to retrieve information in real time. In order to manage large clusters, GigaSpaces introduced an exciting tool for launching and managing clusters on the fly, even for clusters of thousands of machines.
