GigaSpaces has completed its annual “Voice Of The Customer” global customer survey.

The goal of the survey is to listen to our customers: to gauge their satisfaction with our technology and services, and to ensure that we remain aligned with our customer needs and expectations. We believe that understanding our customers is crucially important to our company and product roadmap. We also want to identify areas in which we can improve, as we always strive to exceed expectations. Ultimately, we expect this process to translate into improved value to our customers.

 The survey was presented to all our customers – across worldwide geographies, various industries, and a wide range of roles within their organizations: developers, architects, senior managers, executives, and so on.

Overall, the results are encouraging. The vast majority of our customer found us responsive and pleasant to work with, for example.

We also identified areas to work on. For example, when asked if GigaSpaces is able to deliver on the company roadmap, 30% of our customers indicated that the GigaSpaces roadmap was not clearly communicated to them.

GigaSpaces will take this – and all the survey information – under advisement. A multi-disciplinary team (including senior management) is doing an in-depth analysis of the results and will form implementation plans for the near future. Personal follow-ups are being conducted with customers who indicated they want to be contacted.
