| Yaron Benvenisti – Chief Executive Officer Yaron Benvenisti is a 15-year veteran of the IT industy with extensive experience in global sales, technology management, business development and general business management. Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Yaron served in several business leadership positions including CEO of WorldGroup Consulting, a US-based, privately-held IT services company specializing in J2EE solutions for the US insurance market, and COO of GTek Technologies, a leading eSupport software company, where he was responsible for worldwide sales and delivery. Yaron has also served in various other management positions, including VP Application Development and General Manager at SPL, a leading provider of billing and customer care solutions for the utilities industry. Yaron is a graduate of Economics and History from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a graduate of the University of California Berkeley Executive Program.

| Nati Shalom – Founder and Chief Technology Officer As CTO and Founder of GigaSpaces, Nati Shalom is responsible for defining the technology roadmap and the direction of GigaSpaces products as they relate to standards adaptations, architecture, and product design. He has 10 years of experience with distributed technology and architecture namely CORBA, Jini, J2EE, Grid and SOA. As the Head of the Israeli Grid consortium and a recognized a software visionary and industry leader, Mr. Shalom is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and is actively involved in evangelizing Space Based Architecture and Data Grid patterns. | Geva Perry – Chief Marketing Officer As Chief Marketing Officer, Geva Perry is responsible for all marketing and business development activities at GigaSpaces, including strategy and positioning, product marketing, analyst/media relations and strategic alliances. Previously, Geva was GigaSpaces' EVP Business Development. Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Geva was Chief Operating Officer at SeeRun, a developer of real-time business activity monitoring software. In 1999, Geva co-founded and became General Partner of Synergy Ventures, a New York-based venture capital fund focused on enterprise software start-ups. Prior to founding Synergy, Geva worked at Earthweb, an online publisher of content for the developer community, before, during and after its highly successful IPO in 1998. | Edu Meytal – General Manager of International Operations Edu Meytal comes to GigaSpaces from VocalTech (NASDAQ:VOCL), where he served as global vice president of sales after its acquisition by Tdsoft. Meytal brings to the Company an extensive and diverse technology background and a wealth of experience in world wide sales. Prior to joining Tdsoft, Meytal spent more than six years at Comverse as the director of sales and business development, as well as various other positions in project and sales management. Mr. Meytal holds a BA in Management and Economics from Tel-Aviv University in addition to Software Engineering studies & practical experience.

| Einav Netzer – Chief Financial Officer Einav Netzer is responsible for managing GigaSpaces' financial, accounting and operations worldwide. Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Einav served as acting-CFO of Mysticom Semiconductor Ltd., a developer of advanced DSP and mixed-signal technologies aimed at significantly expanding high-speed communication bandwidth. Previously, Einav served as a manager in the high-tech practice at Ernst & Young, taking part in numerous IPOs on the NASDAQ and Tel Aviv exchanges. He also participated in international tax planning, economic consulting, and financial statement compilations. Einav holds a BA in Accounting and Business Management from the Business Management College in Tel Aviv and is a Certified Public Accountant.

| Guy Nirpaz – EVP Research & Development As EVP Research & Development, Guy Nirpaz is responsible for GigaSpaces Product Development and Quality Assurance, since release 5.1. Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Guy gained over 10 years' experience in software development at leading technology organizations where he held key roles in the areas of software development, team leadership and consultancy. Most recently, Guy was Chief System Architect of the Load Testing Products Division at Mercury Interactive. Prior to that, Guy worked for IBM as Chief Architect leading the implementation of large-scale enterprise systems in various industries such as finance, military and telecommunications. | Hari Srihari - EVP of Global Customer Services Hari comes to us from Digital Harbor, where he served as VP of Customer Services. Before joining Digital Harbor, Hari was at BEA, where he served as VP Customer Success, and was responsible for bringing the Weblogic 8.1 platform product to the market. Prior to BEA, Hari was at SeeBeyond for more than 6 years, where he was part of the initial core executive team that brought the company to a very successful IPO. During his tenure there, Hari served at one point or another in every one of the technology executive roles - CTO, VP Engineering and VP Professional Services. Prior to SeeBeyond, Hari served in many technology management roles, including CTO of Delphi Systems and Senior technology director at IBAX (an IBM subsidiary) and Baxter Health Corp.
Hari holds a masters of science in electrical engineering from Illinois Inst of Technology in Chicago and a BSEE from the University of Madras, India.

| Shay Hassidim – Deputy CTO As Deputy CTO, Shay Hassidim leads many of GigaSpaces' most important technological efforts, including supporting customer implementations, training technical field personnel, ensuring customer feedback is incorporated in the product, and working closely with the CTO to set the company's technology vision and roadmap.
Prior to his current role, Shay was GigaSpaces' VP Product Management, responsible for the architecture, creation and support of GigaSpaces products. Before joining GigaSpaces, Shay was involved in the design, implementation and deployment of software products in the financial services, telecom and healthcare industries. At Versant, he provided consulting services for Orbotech, ECI, VerticalNet, Lucent and others. Previously, Shay worked at Sirius Technologies. He is an expert in object data repositories, especially with object oriented and multi-dimensional data systems. Shay holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University, Israel.

| Bubu Wicnudel – VP Customer Support As VP of Customer Support at GigaSpaces, Bubu Wicnudel is responsible for defining and implementing a full range of high-value offerings, including the company's innovative Self-Service Portal. Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Bubu served as the EMEA customer support director for Mercury, where he managed delivery of support services to Mercury customers, partners, and pre-sales and consultant engineers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Before heading up the EMEA customer support organization, Bubu held several other customer support and technical positions at Mercury and played a key role in establishing comprehensive support teams in the UK and Spain, certifying the entire EMEA support center under the SSC standard. Bubu holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and Statistics from Jerusalem University and is an SSPA certified Customer Support Manager.
