Zeev Bikowsky brings extensive management experience in the telecommunications, networking and unified communication industries.

Zeev joins GigaSpaces from Radvision, serving as General Manager of the Networking Business Unit, a $70 million annual unit, providing infrastructure for the unified communication market. During his time at Radvision, he also served as GM of the Technology Business Unit. Prior to that, Zeev was the CEO of Seagull Semiconductor, which was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2000. He has also served in various other management positions, including a VP position at DSP Group, a leading global provider of wireless chipset solutions for converged communications.

Zeev holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from Ben Gurion University of the Negev and an MBA from Boston University.

Nati is the CTO and Founder of GigaSpaces. Nati is also a co-founder member of the Israeli Grid consortium. He has 10 years of experience with distributed technology and architecture namely Cloud Computing, SOA, XTP, JEE, Spring , Grid, Jini, CORBA. As a software visionary and industry leader, Mr. Shalom is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and is actively involved in evangelizing Cloud Computing, Space Based Architecture and Data Grid patterns.

John Giubileo is Executive Vice President & General Manager of Americas operations, responsible for all sales and go-to-market activities in North and South America, including partnerships, channels and OEM relationships. 

John joined GigaSpaces Technologies from BEA, where he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of BEA's Worldwide Channel & Alliances organization and Senior Vice President of Engineering Operations. John has more than 19 years experience developing and managing the day to day operations of large multinational IT products and services initiatives in both the commercial and government sectors having held senior management positions at BEA Systems, Computer Associates, Sprint Corporation, and Ernst & Young, LLP.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Management from California University of Pennsylvania.

Adi Paz is Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, responsible for developing and communicating GigaSpaces’ strategy, managing the company's go-to-market activities and its strategic alliances.

Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Adi served as Vice President of Marketing and Products and Vice President of Business Development at Radvision, specializing in selling and marketing solutions to the developer and enterprise markets. Adi also held senior Product Management and Business Development positions at Starhome, a Comverse company, focusing on the carriers market. Overall, Adi has over 18 years of experience in the Telecom space in business management, international marketing, strategic sales, channel development and products development.

Adi holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Ben Gurion University and a MBA from Tel-Aviv University.

Galit Sasson is responsible for managing GigaSpaces' financial, accounting and operations worldwide.

Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Galit served for approximately 9 years as a senior manager at the Tax Department of Ernst & Young, and specialized in consulting to VCs and high-tech companies. She participated in international tax planning, economic consulting, and financial statement compilations.

Galit is an Israeli Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Accounting and Business Management from the Business Management College and a MBA, specializing in Finance, from Bar Ilan University.

Guy is the head of R&D at GigaSpaces, leading the team that develops GigaSpaces XAP.

Guy has over 10 years’ experience in software development, with key roles in software development, team leadership, and consultancy. He joined GigaSpaces 5 years ago, and most recently served as team leader of the core development team, leading the development of the In-Memory Data Grid, GigaSpaces' core technology. Before joining GigaSpaces, Guy was Chief Developer of a bio-information product at IBM Research (HRL), leading the first-generation architectural design. Previously, Guy worked for MIND CTI as a developer building a large-scale real-time enterprise billing system. Guy holds a B.A. and M.Sc. from the Technion (Israeli Institute of Technology) and is a Ph.D. candidate at Tel Aviv University.

Gershon is responsible for managing the company’s worldwide customer services, including the post sales Consultancy Services which defined and executes the professional services for our customers; and the Technical Support organization, which provides 24/7 support to GigaSpaces' demanding customers, which include numerous Fortune 100/500 companies.
Gershon has over a decade of various leadership roles and expertise in the software industry, combining product development, customer facing, services and product management. Prior to his current role, Gershon served as GigaSpaces Technical Product Manager, focusing on improving product user experience. His accomplishments included establishing the product quality release criteria and the GigaSpaces Early Access program.

Prior to that, Gershon was the head of a development team in the R&D, in which he was responsible for development of the monitoring, configuration and Enterprise integrations of XAP releases 3, 4, 5 and 6. Before joining GigaSpaces, Gershon held several technological and management positions for Diamond Tree Tech, a startup leading the BPM market. Gershon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Shenkar College of Engineering and Design.
