Zeev Bikowsky brings extensive management experience in the telecommunications, networking and unified communication industries.

Zeev joins GigaSpaces from Radvision, serving as General Manager of the Networking Business Unit, a $70 million annual unit, providing infrastructure for the unified communication market. During his time at Radvision, he also served as GM of the Technology Business Unit. Prior to that, Zeev was the CEO of Seagull Semiconductor, which was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2000. He has also served in various other management positions, including a VP position at DSP Group, a leading global provider of wireless chipset solutions for converged communications.

Zeev holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from Ben Gurion University of the Negev and an MBA from Boston University.

Nati is the CTO and Founder of GigaSpaces. Nati is also a co-founder member of the Israeli Grid consortium. He has 10 years of experience with distributed technology and architecture namely Cloud Computing, SOA, XTP, JEE, Spring , Grid, Jini, CORBA. As a software visionary and industry leader, Mr. Shalom is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and is actively involved in evangelizing Cloud Computing, Space Based Architecture and Data Grid patterns.

As EVP Research & Development, Guy Nirpaz is responsible for GigaSpaces Product Development and Quality Assurance, since release 5.1. Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Guy gained over 10 years' experience in software development at leading technology organizations where he held key roles in the areas of software development, team leadership and consultancy. Guy is also a known speaker at software development and agile conferences. Prior to joining GigaSpacs, Guy was Chief System Architect of the Load Testing Products Division at Mercury Interactive. Prior to that, Guy worked for IBM as Chief Architect leading the implementation of large-scale enterprise systems in various industries such as finance, military and telecommunications. Prior to IBM, Guy held leadership positions at various early-stage software companies.

John Giubileo is Executive Vice President & General Manager of Americas operations, responsible for all sales and go-to-market activities in North and South America, including partnerships, channels and OEM relationships. 

Mr. Giubileo joined GigaSpaces Technologies from BEA, where he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of BEA's Worldwide Channel & Alliances organization and Senior Vice President of Engineering Operations. Mr. Giubileo has more than 19 years experience developing and managing the day to day operations of large multinational IT products and services initiatives in both the commercial and government sectors having held senior management positions at BEA Systems, Computer Associates, Sprint Corporation, and Ernst & Young, LLP.

Mr. Giubileo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Management from California University of Pennsylvania.

Galit Sasson is responsible for managing GigaSpaces' financial, accounting and operations worldwide.

Prior to joining GigaSpaces, Galit served for approximately 9 years as a senior manager at the Tax Department of Ernst & Young, and specialized in consulting to VCs and high-tech companies. She participated in international tax planning, economic consulting, and financial statement compilations.

Galit is an Israeli Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Accounting and Business Management from the Business Management College and a MBA, specializing in Finance, from Bar Ilan University.

Alit is responsible for managing the company's overall global marketing activities, including positioning, branding and market communications.

Alit has over a decade of experience in both the European and Israeli high tech markets, working in startups as well as in more established companies. Previously at GigaSpaces, Alit served as Senior Director of Developer Relations. Her accomplishments included the development and management of the company's community website. Prior to that, Alit held the position of Director of Marketing, in which she was responsible for product marketing, field marketing and communications at GigaSpaces. Prior to her time at GigaSpaces, Alit worked for 7 years at Agilent Technologies, a leading measurement company, where she performed several marketing positions such as European eMarketing Professional and Marcom Specialist.

Alit holds an M.S.c in Marketing from Baruch College and a BA in European Business Administration from Holland International Business School in the Netherlands.
